Unfair Review
|Do you enjoy ruining other people’s games? Do you enjoy seeing people build up something really cool, and then totally ruin it just as the game is reaching its most crucial stage? Good. Your’e in the right place.
Unfair is a game of setting up a funfair, with the twist of other players being out to mess your attractions up just as much as setting up their own park. You’ll pick a theme (vampire-based theme park anyone? You’ll have a bloody good time… bloody good… it’s a pun… never mind) and then try to pick up various rides, staff and other cool stuff to add to your park, all the while trying to keep an eye on what others are doing and hoping they don’t come along and demolish one of your prized attractions.
It’s not as simple as “hey look at your great new ride, I’m going to set fire to it” because this is all card based, and as such there’s a big element of luck in which cards you get, but even so there are always chances to mess up someone else’s stuff.
If this sounds annoying to you, then you’ll find it annoying when you play, and as such you shouldn’t bother. But I really enjoyed it, as did the others I played it with, and as long as you can have a laugh even when you lose this should keep you entertained for quite a few evenings.
