Creed Review

Creed is basically Rocky 7 although smartly they are passing the torch assuming (or presuming) that for the inevitable sequels Stallone may not have the staring role making way for new boxing hero Adonis Creed, Apollo’s son.

Well acted with a good if similar story, the irritating at first Creed is supported well by the lovable character of Rocky Balboa. Training the young Donny to live up to his father’s name, the star here is the fight cinematography with the standout moment being a (seemingly) single take boxing match partway through which is simply incredible.
